The Hearty Beef stew is a simple Weight Watchers Slow Cooker Recipe , its easy to make and is really delicious.
Boneless Beef: 1kg For Stew cut into 11/2 inch cubes
Kraft Original BBQ sauce: 3/4 Cup
Maxwell House Instant Coffee: 1 tbs
Medium Carrots Peeled in 1/2 inch Pieces: 5
Onions cut into Chunks: 1
Small Red Potatoes Quartered: 6
Frozen Peas Thawed: 2 Cups
Preparation Weight Watchers Slow Cooker Recipe
1. Cut the Potatoes onions and carrots into equal sized chunks and put them in the slow cooker
2. Then you need to brown the beef in a pan, this will keep the juices in the beef and create a nice brown crust.
3. Now add the beef right on top of the vegetables
4. Then you need to put 1/2 a cup of the BBQ sauce and 1tbd of maxwell house instant coffee, the coffee helps develop the color and a richer tasting stew.
5. Now cover the slow cooker and set it on low for 7-8 hours
6. 15 min before serving the stew put in the peas and the remaining BBQ sauce

Step1: Put the onion and beef in a pan a saute till they become brown and put it in a crock pot
Step2: Then open the cans and put the tomatoes, Rotel tomatoes, Kidney Beans, The Taco Seasoning Mix, Ranch salad dressing, Corn in a crock pot.
Step3: Let this cook for 60 min.

Parmesan Cheese: 3 Cups
Honey: 1/2 Cup
Soy Sauce: 3 Tbs
Dried Basil: 2 Tbs
Garlic: 2 Tbs Minced
Olive Oil: 2 Tbs
Salt: 1/2 Tsp
Cornstarch: 2 Tbs
Cold Water: 1/4 Cup
Preparation of the Honey Pork Roast Recipe
Step1: Put the Pork roast in the crock Pot after you have sprayed it with some non stick cooking spray.
Step 2: In a small bowl take the parmesan cheese, honey, soy sauce, dried basil, minced garlic oil and salt and mix it really well and pour it on the pork roast.
Step 3: Now cover the slow cooker and let it cook for 6 hours.
Step4: Now remove the Pork Roast in a serving platter and let it stay warmm. Now take the liquid from the slow cooker and put it in a sauce pan, bring this liquid to boil, then combine the cornstarch with the cold water until it becomes smooth and mix it with the liquid in the saucepan, stir the liquid in the saucepan till it becomes noce and thick.
Step5: Slice the Pork Roast in and Por the sauce on top of it you can serve this dish with some mashed potatoes.
